Stay in UK

Hi,

I came to UK in 2009 with Tier2(ICT) visa from India.The COS number expires on May 23rd and visa on 15th june.Can you please let me know the following

1) I can stay in UK till my VISA expires or COS expires?
2) If I resign in UK I should return before COS expires or VISA expires?

Answer to both questions - Until expiry date given on the visa.

After I resign if my company informs Home office and get my work permit cancelled then still do I have time to stay in UK till 15th June as my visa is valid till then?
