I would like to know whether I am eligible to apply ILR after the end of my 5 year visa period (Work permit).

I came to UK as a work permit holder which starts from 13/02/2008 to 12/02/2013. But I came to Uk only 31/03/2008 which is approximately 50 days from start of my visa period.

Am I eligible for ILR as I came here only after 50 days from my Visa start period?

or Do I need to get an extention to apply for ILR?

Any help would be great

count the days of your stay in uk and report back!!!

You may apply for ILR shorty before your leave expires, if your absences are within the limits, etc.
