Spouse Visa Delima

Hi

I am in urgent need of advice and help from you guys.

My case:
I am indian citizen and have come to UK on WP-Tier2-skill transfer visa. My visa is valid for 6 months under this cateogry. I have to process my spouse visa so that she could visit me in UK for 3 months. My spouse is also working in India. My organisation has denied to provide sponsorship letter for my spouse.

My Concerns:
Which visa category should I file for her. (Dependent or Tourist)?
Which cateogry is easy to apply.
What all documents do I need to provide in support of my spouse visa.(I have just completed 15 days in UK).

Unless your wife provides convincing evidence of strong ties to home country or country of residence, it is (highly) likely that a visitor visa application may be refused.
