urgent Help!! appeal for tier 4 visa

Post by maddhur » Mon Feb 28, 2011 1:42 pm

hi all

i've applied for tier 4 extension and was refused with a right to appeal,
the reason for refusal was "the documents you have provided confirm private financial sponsorship
from Mr & MRS.......(who are my parents) who stated to be your parents but you have provided
no evidence of your relation ship ,i.e i have not met the rules"
documents i submitted were
my dad's bank statement
a notarised document confirming the sponsorship
and my (indian) passport
i need to send the appeal with the relevant doc's before next week
can anyone let me know whats the best thing to do,
if possible u can share ur personal experience in this kinda situation
one more thing at this point of time i'cant afford a solicitor.

every little help and advice is appreciated.

thankyou

You need to provide your birth certificate to prove your relationship with your father. If it is not in English have it translated.
