ILR for wife ..TWO years Probationary period.

Post by nagan » Sat May 14, 2011 1:30 am

Hi,
I was granted HSMP in dec 2007 and switched to Tier 1(General) in dec 2009.so I will be eligible for ILR in Dec 2012.My wife also granted HSMP Dependent visa in dec 2007 and switched to Tier1 dependent in dec 2009.We have been living at same address. She finished her two years probationary period in uk as dependent(spending only 29 days out side uk in the last 30 months).

as my wife is pregnant, she is going to India for the delivery( may be for 5 to 6 months).

Is that going to have any effect on her chances of getting ILR with me?.i.e Dec 2012.

If she cann't get ILR along with me,what are the other options available??

Looking forward to see the replies from experts.

Any Help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Nagan
