ILR backdated query

I Suppose to apply for ILR in June 2011, But due to absences I may apply in Sep 2011.

qn: Then after for Citizenship do I have apply in June 2012 or Sep 2012?

I come under HSMP JR (Extension)

Wait at least one year after you are granted (or deemed to have been granted) ILR, unless you're the spouse/civil partner of a British citizen.
