Family permit

i was once in the UK some years back but was removed because i worked more than 20hours. Later on, i left Uk and married UK citizen and got 5years and resident permit. my wife visits me but now wants me to live with her in the uk. The problem now is that i am afraid uk will turn my family permit down and morestill my wife aint working in the uk.can someone give me solution to this?
