Tell them the truth. Do you have proof of your settled status?

So simply go with your passport and ILR copy and the acknowledgement letter for your Naturalisation . Best to ring your new employers and explain them before you go

Passport is being asked to establish your ID and immigration status. As ferrarilondon has said, take copies and explain this before you attend the interview, I am sure they will understand.
They may however want to see the original before they appoint you.

All the best

You can also show the HO letter of your ILR status. The letter which was given when one gets the ILR stamp in the passport.

No such letter is given, at least not for past many years. You get a vignette in your passport and a standard letter saying that your leave has been extended.
