NEED HELP WITH PBS (Point Based System) VAF10 DEPENDENT VISA

Post by lady_09 » Sun May 15, 2011 12:29 pm

I got married to my husband in Nov 2010 in India. My husband lives in UK. He is a PSW Holder, works at a British company in a senior position. Salary 32k per annum, lived in uk for almost 10 years. has the accomodation report sorted out 1 bed flat for us. After 9 months he gets his ILR. From his side, funds, statements, employment everything is absolutely okay. I am just worried about one thing. I was in UK for studies from 2007-2010. Unfortunately i couldn't continue my studies due to financial problems ( our family's business back home in my country faced problems) and therefore I had to work for my tuition fees for the next year. Just finished my first year. Worked as a part-time admin at an office ( as an international student I never exceeded working for more than 20 hours during my stay in UK for 3 years (student visa for 3 years). a week before my visa expired, I came back to my home country. I never had any criminal records whatsoever. I am just worried if my application for DEPENDENT VISA gets rejected as I didn't complete my studies during my stay in UK. And yes, my IELTS score is 7.5 (2007). Do I need to sit for any other english language test?
Please help.

Shouldn't be a problem.
