Employment letter after ilr

My ilr is due next month and I have got the letter I am worried that my employer is saying that if you leave the job after ilr then they will tell home office that they didn't signed any letter for me.

Can I leave my job after ilr ? Even if they tell home office

I think its just empty threats and trying to retain you and making sure you don't leave them after getting Permanent residency....

Once you get ILR you are free man and they can't take any such steps...

I'd advice you to keep all mail communications regarding these safe, just in case...

Don't worry mate...you should be alright...
