Dependent Entry

Post by andee_nab » Sun May 15, 2011 8:48 pm

Hi, I have a couple of questions,

1. I am on Post study visa and my spouse and children got dependent visa from Pakistan in April, 2011. Still they are in Pakistan so is there any time limit for them to enter into UK?

2. I also applied for my tier 1 general if my application is successful before their entry to UK will they be able to enter on that visa i.e. dependent post study worker? Thanks.

1. No.
2. They may be refused entry because of change in your circumstances (321A).
