ILR dependent

Hello,
This is for my friend.He will be eligible for his ILR next year thru his HSMP. The questions is abt his daughters. One of them will be 21 and other will be 17 will they be qaulified to get dependent ILR as well and wht abut citzenship following year?

Hi, I'm no expert on this but can speak from my own experience. I arrived in UK on a work permit with my (then) 17 year old son as a dependant. When I eventually became eligible to apply for ILR we made a family application. My son was also granted ILR because, even though he was no longer a dependant, he had entered as a dependant.

I hope this is similar to your situation. It aways helps to have a reputable immigration firm handle your application.
