tier-1 extension

Hi,

I have the tier-1 extension in april-2012. I work as a contract employee under umbrella company query is
I get extra 500 pounds mnthly they are for expenses but they are not reimbursed and tax is also paid for that amount and also they are not mentioned as expenses in the payslip they are added to the gross and tax is paid can i claim them as previous earnings?

can somebody please tell me what are the documents that i should provide as proof of earnings if working as a contractor under umbrella company
