Two Questions

Post by siamsteve » Mon May 16, 2011 1:37 pm

My wife has just been issued with her ILR dated 9/05/2011 she has been in the UK since Feb 2009 on a spouse visa before that was in the UK from Sep 2005 to November 2007 then out of the country waiting for spouse visa

When can she apply for British citizenship?

And if she has already passed the life in the UK test does she need to take any other exam?

So guess from your response my wife can apply in Feb 2012 and she dose not need to take any more exams as she has already passed the life in the UK test which was required when she applied for ILR
