Hello All,

I just completed my masters in April and i'm eligible to apply for a PSW visa, but the problem is my tier 4 visa expires by the end of August(4 months after completion) and my department says they can only give the official results by the end of october.

Is it possible for me to legally appeal to the UKBA, so that i can extend my stay and apply from the UK? or should i apply from my home country?

Looking for advise and suggestions, please help.

You should apply from your home country once you have been awarded your degree.
