Police registration for ILR when applying from Tier 1 catego

Hi

Do we need to have the Police Registration for ILR when applying from Tier 1 category (i.e WP + Tier1)? The immigratgion rules says as follows... so I was with impression that only nationsal of these countires need to register... Am i missing something?

Could anyone please comment...

325. For the purposes of paragraph 326, a "relevant foreign national" is a person aged 16 or over who is:

(i) a national or citizen of a country or territory listed in Appendix 2 to these Rules;

what is your nationality? does your current entry clearance/residence permit state that you need to register with the police?

Where would it be mentioned... Would it be on the visa or workpermit document?

Indian nationals do not need to register with the police as India does not appear on this list
