ILR - HSMP TO TIER 1, ORIGINAL HO LETTER & BUSINESS ABSE

Please can this experienced forum advise me on following.

I came to uk on july 2004 on working holiday maker and on 10th March I switch and got confirmation letter for HSMP. As my WHM was finishing in july I applied further leave to remain in June 2006 and got accepted in July 2006 with 2 years. Now when I applied for my final extension after 2 year my confirmation letter from HO says ''Thanks for applying under Tier 1 general etc'' I got 3 years extension. My visa stamp say same. Now I dont know if this Tier 1 change was because HSMP was renamed and if so can I still select HSMP JR in section 3?

2.I also don't seem to have original letters from HO apart from original HSMP approval letter dated 10th March 2006. rest i have photocopies may be my solictor didnot passed it on. Please can you advise if this is ok.

In past 5 years I have many business trips due to nature of job if I get detailed confirmation from empolyer about this will it be ok if my total days exceeds 180 days in last 5 years ?? or if I am applying under HSMP JR does this matters??

I will for my ILR in 3 weeks I have 3 dependent (wife & 2 uk born childrens) I am only one employed. will this be ok??
