Processing time for Work Permit

Hi,
I have 2 questions

1. What is the proceesing time for the work permit, my application was submitted last wed

2. The firm through wich my company applied for work permit assured 150% money back gurantee. How can these firms can be so sure about getting the work permit.

I have seen the cases for which WP processing time was between one day to two weeks.

Just a thought about your other query......WP issual mainly depends on company.( where as FLR on individual). May be these agencies look at company's profile before promising these money back..

As mentioned by the previous post. It depends on the companies and the level of Job/Income. If it is multi nationnal companies and the job involved highly skilled job it is just a matter of days.

The company is not multinational, its a software development company with a presence in London and veryyy small prsence in US.The skills required were for a fresher graduate in comp science with skills like c/c++, vb.net/sql server 2005. I was selected.. The salary is also 23000 pounds PA.....The anuual turnover of the company i suppose mst be good and are located in central London.

I was selected..
I think you hold a better chance and quick response if it is an in country application. If you are a fresher and applying from out of country it might be delayed and can expect few questions about why they should recruit a fresher from other country...

Mine is out of country application.........Lets see fingers crossed about the outcome.
