Fiance visa - Council tax question

Hi,

My fiance is coming over in june from america to live with me on a fiance visa. My question is about council tax. We are planning on renting a flat together, but obviously she cannot work and so i would be paying all the bills. I just wondered if I am eligible for any council tax rebate or reduction due to her living with me, as she is not legally allowed to work but there are two of us in the property?

I know that single people and various others get a discount of around 25% on council tax?
