oci documents, please help me

i am applying for the oci in london office. i have few questions can any one help me please?
1.how many photos do we need for each applicant?
2. do we need to send original documents like uk and indian passports, naturalisation certificate?
3.which one is better either go personally and apply or send by post?
4. finally what is the queing time at london office?

2 photos per applicant. 51x51 mm size

Carry originals with you. HCI does not keep them. Will check and return them on the same day (if you go personally, cannot comment on postal route). UK passport has to be left to get stamped. Submit it in the morning and collect in evening

3.which one is better either go personally and apply or send by post?

Personal is better

4. finally what is the queing time at london office?

HCI opens at 0915 hrs. People queue up from 0730hrs. Could take 60-90 mins for you to reach the main gate if you are at the back of the queue
