urgent information needed.

I have sent my passport on 14 of April for psw visa.I have received acknowledgments letter on 16 of may and I have done my biomatrics through post office today.if anyone knows when I could get my visa back?will they check my bank details after boimatrics as I need to withdraw the money for my house rent. I had money on bank for 3 months before of my submission date.after that on 16 of may I had direct debit with my land phone which deducted some money from my balance.now my question is will it effect to take decision .will they call bank to get updated balance or they will decide on my last 3 month statement which been sent with passport.

they will decide on your last 3 month statement which been sent with passport.

Thank you .I was so worried after direct debit.I was worried to take money fit rent as well.
