Is it true that none EU nationals who marry British citizens whilst on a visitors visa etc cans stay without having to return to their country of origin to apply for a spouse visa?


Alot of people seem to think that this is the case nowadays but I always believed you had to go back and get a spouse visa hmmmmm :?
