can i apply for child benefit and housing benefit while my EEA2 application is under process?

was receiving child benefit while our eea1 and 2 was under consideration.it was approved.

Anything that all UK citizens are encouraged to apply for, is also appropriate for EEA citizens and their family members who are resident in the UK.

Child Benefit is a perfect example.

I am not 100% sure about housing benefit, but I am pretty sure it is fine to apply for. Check around some more to make sure... http://www.housing-rights.info/02_5_Oth ... onals.html looks interesting.
