No one can tell you today what what the rules may be in the future.
For current requirements regarding settlement as a Tier 2 (General) migrant, see 245HF.

Thanks. So according to the guidelines I already spent 2 years as PSW holder so if i get TIER2 for 3 years I will be qualified to apply for ILR ?

One more thing, If I get ILR can i travel to EU/EEA counties without any visa ?

Thanks for your help.

1. No. Read carefully.
2. ILR is only for UK (and CTA), just as is any other visa / leave issued by UKBA. Reading this post will help.

Ah you're right !
The applicant must have spent a continuous period of 5 years lawfully in the UK, of which the most recent period must have been spent with leave as a Tier 2 Migrant, in any combination of the following categories:
as a Tier 1 Migrant, other than a Tier 1 (Post Study Work) Migrant,

Thanks for clarifying that mate. I just don't have the luck in my side
