WorkPermit for Netherlands

Hi
One of the London consultant is applying a Netherlands visa and workpermit for 1 yr for me. I was told that the permit would take around 3 weeks.

I hold a Indian Passport and currently staying in Singapore on Employment pass.

Can anyone let me know,

1. Will there be any issues in getting the permit and visa.

2. How many days it would take to get the visa and permit.
