Tier2 General COS issued prior to April

Tier2 general COS issued by Employer : 13 march 2011
Application submitted premium service : 13 April 2011
Application status : Pending


m currently in Tier2-ICT, aplied for tier2 general via sponsor.
Sponsor issued COS on March 13 2011.have got biometric slot via premium service on April 13th. Waiting for response from UB BA.

Is my application valid.
Can i switch from tier2 ICT to tier2 general in this case.

Has any one who applied for tier2 general after april 6th Got Tier2 visa approved.
