Hi ppl,
I m in a situation where i m really confused and do'nt know wat to do.
Let me tel here wat's my problem
I got married with latvian citizen in march 2010 n we been living together since then but since couple of months things never went well for me
and my wife now living separate from me and want to get divorce soon but i do'nt want. if no divore then she start now black mailing me for money she will get divorce otherwise if i do'nt do wat she say's
i have just sent my eea2 application form abt 10 days ago and hopefull i'l get it soon whenever. but i wud like to ask if she get divorce then where i' l b standing even though in sence of stay with her that should b atleast for 3 years if i m not wrong though she is exercising her traety rights by working as employee
i m here in the uk since jan 2004
and also m i eligible for pr if i completes my 10 years legally here in th uk according to uk law?
how long divorce takes?
till divorce finalise. will we b consider as couple?
does that make any difference if she is living separate?
also i heared a lot abt comprehensive medical insurance. is that necessary i should have 1? and in wat circumstances?
i wud much appreciate if somebody replies
