Hi

can someone provide me information regarding appling after expire of current leave.

My leave expire on 28/5/2011 but i cannot get english test result before 28/5/2011 therefore the college cannot issue me CAS letter to apply for application. But college told me that you can apply within 28days after you expiry of visa.

Please can someone give me advise that I can apply after my visa expiry? and Howmany days I have to apply after my leave expire?

if you apply after your current leave has expired then you will be an overstayer. If your application is refused you will not get a right of appeal. Making an application for leave to remain after your leave has expired does not stop you being an overstayer. If by the time a decision has been made on your application you have overstayed for more than 28 days (which is likely due ot the current postal processing time) then you would be risking a ban on future entry clearance applications.

WHen does your course start? Another option would be to return home and apply from there

My new course already started but in order to get admission, I need to apply for english test and require B2 pass certificate. I booked exam but I get only date on 1st which is not suitable.

In my previous study I have attended 85% class and also I completed my access course before pgda and also one semister passed but second semister I failed. Even I would like to continue my course but college need english certificate for continue current course pass those subject.

I has gave me such a difficult situation.

If I apply before 28days after my visa expired then UKBA consider my application and provide me the result.

Can they refuse file based on visa expiry?

I cannot get right of appeal.
