EEA Divorce procedure

Hi ppl,
i want to ask couple of questions here,
is it 3 years copulsary to live with eea national before divorce is confirm?
How long takes the divorce procedure with eea national?
when divorce is done till then we will b still considered as wife and husband?
after that shall i notify HO about this or keep quite till my visa expires?
if i tell HO then after that what kind of status they gona give me and for how long?
