re-issue of indian passport in london

Please can you bear with my queries:-

My Indian passport (ten years validity) expires in Sep 2011. I wish to apply for re-issue of Indian passport. I have UK PR/ILR stamp in my passport (acquired on Sep 2010 after finishing 2 years on spouse visa by marriage to british citizen).

1) What fees I need to pay for ordinary (36 pages) passport? £27?
2) Do I need to submit affidavit stating I have not acquired British nationality? I guess no?

Site mentions £27 but its safer to take £29 as you might be asked to pay a surcharge (even though its not on the list - see link below)

1- Its £29

2- No affidavit required.

1) Will I get back my current passport along with new passport (perhaps with something like cut on top)
2) I have UK PR stamp in my current passport. Do I need to take this stamp again on my new passport?
