Urgently need an advice plz help me

1 Q ) Hi iam currently a student from shu. I have submitted my assignment and waiting for my results which should be available to me by June 24. But i got a problem and i am having plans to go home and wish to return back in mid july. and i have booked my air ticket. But when i ben to univ for asking a letter they say that i will be refused entry for coming back after finishing course.....Iam very nervous and really dnt know wht to do .. can u tel me will i get into trouble if i keep my plans same ??

2 Q ) I really want to go home and i got some thng tricky this time. what if i plan to return back june 28th ?? My CAS letter is till JUNE 3oth AND VISA till oct 30. I asked my advisor she says its still a risk ? Is she rght ?

3 Q ) This is worest case i dnt want to take this option. What if i apply my psw in india can i show uk bank statements ?? If so i got a problem i got 2 bank accounts . halifax -- 2765 , lYODS -35 (MIN).. Can i show 2 different uk bank accounts ??

Iam really very nervous i dont want to take any risk.. I have already been denied visa for usa .. i dont wish to risk for uk psw.. Pls guide me its very very imp ?? i gave u all 3 options if all the 3 options r risky

" THEN I WILL NOT GO HOME EVEN ITS IMP AND I WILL BE LOOSING MY TICK AS ITS NOT REFUNDABLE MONEY IS NOT A PROBLEM BUT I DNT WANT TO TAKE ANY RISKS..

plz help me give me advise and based on ur advice i will decide.

your adviser has given you sensible advice. You could be denied entry but equally you may have no problems. It is up to you.

When will you be awarded your degree?

Its like you saying "NO" and "YES" same time. Iam unable to decide alone. can`t i go with my second option ??. The thing is i get my results on 24th of June but i have taken a letter from my faculty which says i will get results within 30th of June.. so plz guide me the best way... and plz give me advice regd my 3rd option ?? thx for ur time ..

There is no definite answer and no guarantees. It is your decision. Not mine. No one can decide for you.

Yes you can go with your second option but there is a risk you will be refused entry. If this happens there is nothing to stop you from going home and applying for PSW from there.

ok thx if therz a risk then i better drop my plans but i really need to go as my grand father is very serious and my parents wants me to be there.. iam really in very big trouble and really dnt know wht to do anyways thx for ur concern again.

if you need to go home then do it and apply for your PSW from there once you have been awarded your degree. It is really not as complicated as you think.

Any number of accounts in any number of regulated banks anywhere in the world.

would u like to say some thng regd this query .. plz

I have taken waiting for results letter from my faculty which says i will get my results with in June 30th but our course admin says that the results will be published online on 24th of June . my grandfather is serious so, can i go home and come back June 28, Can i show waiting for the results letter if the immigration officer questions me . By doing so will i get into trouble ?

I got a job in cable & wireless through reference and iam supposed to join on 21 of July. Thats the reason i don`t want to apply psw from India as i will be loosing the job and its really very hard for me to look for another job.
