help needed please

prior to queries therz some thng i need to ask ..

i wish to go home and return back on june 28th. I got a WAITING FOR RESULTS letter from faculty which say i will get my results by 30th of june. But i will getting my resullts by 24 th of june. so it might be a problem during my rtn at immigration according some experts here and some say its 50-50 chances.... i might take this risk. as gng india seems to be imp.

My question is if i denied entry on june 28th ..and they gonna book a rtn flight back home. so when i reach india can i apply psw there ??


"Denying entry at uk " will this effect my PSW if iam gng to apply in india ?? as i need to fill application saying iam denied entry

I do wanna let u know i been reject a student visa for usa in 2008..

can u plz tell if these have any impact on my psw ??

1.Denied entry doesn't necessarily mean you will face rejection of PSW. They just wanna know everything on the form if it is serious they include it as general ground.

2. Be Honest in the application, if you usa visa refused let them knw

3. I shall say its not 50 50 more than that, I have travelled twice on a student visa after getting results, how long is ur visa valid I assume if your results are coming out in june, ur visa is upto october.

You shouldn't face problems at Heathrow(since my personal experience is that) and my friends. Just tell them you finished and intend to apply PSW they will let you in My visa was expiring April, my coursed finished way bk in november, i travelled in January, and went back and bk on March, applied PSW in april
