Help me ! Student visa refusal

Help me ! I have student visa refusal and I will have to appeal by friday next week and of course I am going to appeal

My questions are :

1. How long is the process until it comes to final decision
2. If the final decision at AIT is that I am refused to get extension student visa, can I reappeal ?
3. Do I need to ask solicitor to help ? If yes I do, how much is the solicitor fee ? Is there any free solicitor ?


Please kindly answer my questions and tell me your experience if you have had similar situation
