British citerzin married to a Bulgarian national

Can someone help. We need advise about registering our marrage. I am a British nation and I married a Bulgrian national 2 weeks ago in the UK. Does anyone know if we need to register our marriage in Bulgaria to make this legal??

How did you get married? In a marriage service in the council offices?

You might check with the Bulgarian embassy in London to see if they have any interest in you also registering the marriage with them. It would be the consular section.
