Did you send original Bank statements or printed with signed & stamped by banks? Also Is it mentioned anywhere how much money we should show in our bank account, as I am not maintaining any money though I know I will be able to sponsor my parents without any problems with whatever income I have. please advise.
3) Tenancy agreement
Did you get a NOC letter from the owner of the house? I stay in 2 Bed flat with a large living room which would be enough I guess for 4 adults and my 2.5 yr old son (for over crowding issues). Please advise
4) 6 months payslips
5) council tax bill
documents submitted for their side
1) cover letter
Is it possible for you share a draft of the cover letter please?
2) marriage affidavit (strong ties)
3) bank statements with min. balance
4) photo copies of property documents, electricity bill.

We do not have any property as such as my father just retired and now we are looking into buying one but it will not be for the next 1 more year. So I am not sure what are the other things I can show for strong ties. Please advise.
Hi I have few questions regarding family visit visa, hope you would be able to answer them for me, I am planning to get my Father & Mother for a short visit to UK. As Father has retired and now planning to travel a bit and to see his grand child here in UK. I have put the questions in BLUE color above.

Hi,
We have sent the bank statements that we receive through post every mnth. No stamp or sign required for these statements.
It is not mentioned anywhere about how much money should be in sponsor bank account we just maintained to be on safe side as my mother in law bank account doesnt have any money in it.
Regarding tenancy agreement we didnt get any NOC from the letting agency as we are not sure whether the letting agency will agree for that or not. So we have submitted the council tax bill along with tenancy agreement.
For strong ties if you dont have property you can provide any fixed deposit documents /car documents anything. If you cant provide any of those just provide regular bank statements. My friend mother got visa by providing just statements but they mentioned in cover letter that she has all her family ties in india.
But not sure maybe it is luck.
Regards
