I have to attend in about a months time so I am trying to prepare for it mentally and want to know the sort of questions they will ask me and the sort of replies I should give them.
Can someone who has experience of such a hearing tell me what to expect?
I have had two appeals similar as my mother and sister were suppose to visit me in the UK.
The hearing will begin and you can present the case yourself, you should be ready with the grounds of appeal as to why you think it was unfair decision and it meets all the immigration rules.
The questions will depend on the type of refusal there is not always one reason for refusal as you stated there are at least 2 or 3.
As to the reason you have provided you should have already have aruged in the grounds of appeal when it was lodged.
Evidence could be strong ties to home country such as family, property, land etc and if the visit was for some occasion such as marriage, birthday, etc that could be too well argued that it was short visit.
