Advice Needed Registeration of children under 18

Please can anybody tell me is it possible to register a child as brit citizen, born outside uk, to a father who is naturalised (not brit by birth) and was not national at the time of birth of children

Thanks, sorry i could not provide the details. thier mother is pakistani national with a spouse visa. Jhon! where are you? can you put some light?
