Tier 1 dependent Mumbai south.... Timeline

Hi,

Just wondering if the Tier 1 Dependent applications are getting delayed. I was on Tier 1 PSW and now had to come to India to switch to dependent of my wife who is on Tier 1 G. I applied along with my two kids on 28th April at Mumbai south.
It is still showing under process.
Now its nearly a month and I have got letter from my Job saying that I need to join asap or else I will loose my job and my daughter also has to resume her school asap and we getting visits from Welfare officer of our council in London. Let alone kids asking for their mom as she is in uk and couldn't get leave from her work.

I really dont know what to do and why it is taking so long. Does anyone here submitted their application in MUMBAI???

Please let me know... And share ur timelines if u applied from Mumbai....

Only when customer service standards are exceeded, does UKVisas usually respond to queries regarding application status / expedition. No harm in writing to them though, and including a copy of communication from employer directing you to resume duties ASAP.
