comprehensive insurance

Ok guys one more thing.
Like in my previous thread I mentioned about my wife that she was searching work for 1-2 months. and she hadn't have comprehensive insurance BUT she did full 12 months work before she left the job and searched another one.

Is she still eligible for PR as she will be in this country for 5 years in Dec 2011?
