Which Visa to apply

My sister is finishing her UK degree in Sri Lanka. Her college is associated with UK University . she can have her graduation ceremony in Sri Lanka or in UK @ university with others who graduating in UK.

She wanted to attend graduation ceremony in UK. What visa she should apply obviously my parents want to come with her as well.

Me and my wife are in UK and we both have BC and each of us earn more than 30k all of our current accounts dont have money saved. It will be 0 balance (wages comes to this account but my wife transfer money to her saving account) but my wife's saving accounts have have money (all our saving is there. My name is not on that account

My sis have a full time job in sri lanka as well. can I sponcer them or is it better wife to do it. student visitor better or family visit ? Uni will give invitation to her graduation ceremony etc I dont think they will give CAS but It's not tire 4 as it's just ceremony

Simply add your name to your wife's account with all the money in it. Then sponsor your family for a family visit visa.

You need to provide enough evidence of savings, and accommodation as well as show that you are working and earning a decent amount to support your family.

In the sponsorship letter just put reason down for their visit. You will also need to show good an valid reasons that they will return back home after the visit

Thank you but if I add my name now they might thing I done it now for this. About my sis going back. She works for large company in SL she could get a letter from the parents don't work but have a house there etc

Will that all be enough How can I prove they go back ? s
