PSW Appeal Allowed Waiting time!

Hi, Can anybody tell me how long it is going to take to get PSW if my Appeal is allowed by the tribunal. And the procedure how can i get my PSW.

You will usually receive the determination within 4 weeks of the hearing.
Each party then has 5 working days to apply for permission to appeal.
If your appeal is allowed and no application for permission to appeal is made by the UKBA, then after waiting 5 days you can write to UKBA (at the address on your refusal letter) and ask them to implement the decision and send them a copy of the determination allowing the appeal. If you gave biometrics as part of the application there is no need to send your passport. If you didn’t give biometrics then you will need to send your passport for endorsement but it best to wait until they have acknowledged that your appeal has been allowed. In some instances they may actually write to you before you write to them to ask you to send your passport (if biometrics were not given). How long it takes depends on the caseworker and how busy the department is.
