Do any one have an Experience applying for Spouse Visa using a Mortgage Offer
Instead of rented or already owned accommodation.

Kindly, let me know the documents needed to Include the Mortgage offer in the Spouse visa Application.

Our Case, we are married for more than 4 years with one Kid and will apply from Egypt.

It would not be allowed as its no proof that "available" accommodation is available for you on arrival. You will need a family/relative to allow you to stay with them, or proof of rented accommodation where you intend to live.

The post (that you have provided link of) doesn't state that the OP doesn't have accommodation / house. It just states that that "original offer of mortgage" was included. Can one get a "environmental house inspection report" or "photographs" (of place of accommodation) in absence of a rented or already owned accommodation?

So the house will be available once they grant us the Visa.

And what if the property is not handed over before arrival of the applicant? Where will the applicant stay then?- A question an ECO will need an answer to (from you).

I think you will that the evidence provided by that poster is a letter of mortgage offer he got from the bank when he agreed to purchase the property, which I assume he/she was living in at the time and hence provided a housing report on the property. I mean nobody will do a hosing report on a property that they have yet not purchased yet, will they?.

Simply supplying a letter of mortgage offer as part of the application for a visa will in my opinion end in a refusal as the ECO will not be satisfied with what MAY POSSIBLY BE available. He is only interested on what IS IN FACT available.

I am currenly living in a 2 bedhouse Social Housing I inc, my morgage offer but that was purley to say that our place at the moment was temporay I also gave the ECO's my savings account to prove that with have enough deposit, along with copys of emails from estate agents, cards, pics of homes in our chosen area that we liked etc this was to show that we are looking to buy a bigger house as at the moment a 2bedhouse under the housing act would not accomdate 5 people and this is what our case would be I also stated this in my support letter we are waiting to hearif he got the visa
