can i switch my discretionary visa to a spouse one?

hi
my wife was given a discretionary leave (3years) before we married.
i am british citizen and you got 2 children both british citizen.
Now we are married over 1 year.
i want her to apply for a spouse visa.
how should we go about it?

She may apply for a spouse visa from outside the UK. Also subject to MAA and A1 requirements.
