Regarding my work permit

Hi its regarding my work permit issued three years ago for a professional job where i need to pass an exam after first year and unfortunately i didnt pass my exam and i had to taken another six month placement to take my exam next time.Due to the changes and new regulations six month training placement was post poned twice and recently iam on verge of finishing my training in june to take my exam in september.But i received a letter from home office saying that my salary requirements do not fit in present criteria and i need to leave the country by august and there is no chance for appeal.I informed my company about this and said i cannot continue my job after august.MY SALARY WILL INCREASE AFTER I PASS MY EXAM BUT I NEED TO SORT OUT MY VISA WITH HOME OFFICE.
please let me know if there is any chance for me to stay till september and finish my exam legally

What is reason of UKBA writing to you to inform you that you are not being paid the appropriate salary and must leave by August?

This is the registration exam for becoming a pharmacist .As my company informed them that i didnt pass my exam at the first instance but agreed to give six month training to retake exam.my visa expires in july.my training is done byjune 30th.i will be eligible to take my exam only after training and exam is in september.Iam not sure what to do now.Please let me know if there is any way i can stay till september.my company is ready to give certificate of sponsorship if i pass my exam

UKBA HAS TAKEN MORE THAN A YEAR TO SEND ME THE LETTER.IT SHOULD SENT THE LETTER IN 2009 DEC AS I DIDNT PASS MY EXAM AND WAS LOOKING FOR SIX MONTH PLACEMENT IN THE SAME COMPANY.IT WAS MENTIONED IN THE LETTER THAT MY AGREEMENT WITH COMPANY WAS FINISHED IN OCT 2009 AS COMPANYINFORMED THEM AND I CAN STAY STILL TILL JULY UNDER PRESENT CONDITIONS AND I HAVE NO RIGHT TO APPEAL.I INFORMED MY COMPANY AND THEY WERE WORRIED IF I CAN WORK TILL I FINISH MY TRAINING.THEY HAD TO STOP MY TRAINING FOR FEW DAYS BEFORE CONFIRMING WITH HOMEOFFICE IF IAM ELIGIBLE TO CONTINUE MY TRAINING TILL JUNE 30TH.
