husbands visa cancelled

hi,
my husband visa is cancelled and he has placed an appeal against it cuz this decision was taken against his tier1 application refusal.
Me and my son came on his dependant visa but our visas are not cancelled on our passports.
So does that mean that me & my son can travel & come back to uk.
urgent reply needed.

1. What was your husband's immigration status before he applied for Tier 1 (General)?
2. What is / was the expiry date of leave under that immigration category?
3. Why has your husband's visa been "cancelled"?
4. On what date did your husband submit his appeal?

1- He was on TIER 2 & there is no date to leave written on teh application is states as early as you can.
2- He applied for tier-1 which was refused just for 10 points.
3- he has submitted his appeal last week.

So what i need to know can i travel without him so taht he can wait for appeal's reply and then i can join him back in a weeks time again.

Was his tier 2 visa 'cancelled' or not? If so why?
What was the expiry date of the tier 2 visa?
what's the expiry date on your visa?
