In a Fix

Post by jerry2011 » Sun Jun 05, 2011 3:02 am

Hi Seniors,

Well i have a tricky situation on Tier1 Visa. I have a year left of my misa and away at singapore with a rewarding career.

I had tried work in UK but i was not able to secure work backin 2009 in a executive cadre. My wife was behind to explore and she managed a sales level work on my dependent visa.

Unforutanetly she took a drastic decision to come take away both my children who are in the 4 th grade to UK without my permission and had left the country.

I would like to know what are my options.

1) Can i have her back if i inform the authorities.

2) On the above if i proceed maybe i get the children but i am bound to lose her

3) if i explore option 1, what if she takes help of a lawyer and what could be the implications.

4) Should i inform the local police and give a lookout notice and seek extraction. I hesitate to this, and feel i need to get on with life and leave her alone

5) If i move on, She has notion, that education is free and she would not require my support. I am getting hints she might stay illegally and think she can have the kids educated until they graduate.

1) what is the implication and binding of visa status on the children, their education and their life

5) She is dependent on my visa and as far as i can see is not getting a work pemit from a work place

6) in case the term of visa expires in april 2012 and i do not enter to extend the visa, will i get an opportunity for a business visa stamped as i also have a succesfull running business.

7) will i be penalized and not given visa as my dependents are out of status in the country. i wud need the visa to see my children. we are in talking terms but she says its either my way or highway.

At the moment i see this very foolish and cornered. Pls help if there are any other options i can explore as personally i am well settled and sacrificing my career, comforts and status seems un reasonable to me as i have kept all this on their interest.

Request to let me know as i am going through mental turmoil, i am trying to see how to salvage the situation and me managing the kids alone wud also have implications and i still seem to adore my spouse but with bitterness.
