Help! A few questions concerning PSW ---

I really need some advice...

I'm applying for the PSW visa soon and I have the following issues i'm quite concerned about. Any help would be so very appreciated.

1. I got my photo taken at snappy snaps and it seems to be .5mm to big to fit in the photo guidance display they provide. I'm wonder if my printer is not printing correctly. In any case; would this affect my application? Has anyone else had trouble with snappy snaps 'biometric approved passport visa photos'?

2. My bank statements are from the 13th of January to the 13th of May 2011. I ordered these official statements through the mail but they arrived incredibly late (yesterday: the 6th of JUNE).. What they we're doing with them until now is beyond me -_- ). Can I apply now or should I just wait to order a fresh statement on the 13th of June to be safe?

3. With my bank statements; do I really need a letter from the bank proving my account balance is accurate?

4. Do I need a letter from my home institution providing the days I started and graduated university-- Plus a letter from my home institution showing the date I was informed I received the award? I've read so much information I'm a bit confused...

1. the photo should be 45mm by 35mm - are they bigger than this?

2. You can use the bank statements as long as you apply on or before 12th June.

3. You do not need a letter as long as the statements meet the requirements set out in para 103 of the PSW policy guidance which postal statements usually do

4. You need one letter from your institution which includes all of the information as set out in para 62 and 73 of the policy guidance.
