Visit Visa Renewal

What is the procedure to renew my aunt's UK visit visa, she was granted 6month visit visa and came over to the UK but stayed 2months as stated in the invitation letter; now I plan to invite her again. I need help with what steps to take and what documents to provide her with.

Does she have to apply the same way as the first time?

Is the original visa still valid? Is it Multiple Entry? Would it cover the length of stay for a second visit?

If the answers to those questions is 'yes', there is no need for her to apply for another visa, she could travel on the exisiting one.
