Tier 1 Dependent Visa Queries for English Test

I was about to submit the applications for my wife and kid through India VFS. I am in Tier 1 Visa and living in UK for the past 4 months. In some of the discussion I came to know that we don't require to submit Degree Taught In English certificate when applying for dependent visa. It would be more helpful if any of the board experts or members can confirm the above to avoid Visa refusal. Thanks In Advance.
