Tier 5 conversion to dependent on Tier 2 Intra company trans

Hi All,

My husband has a Tier 5 Temporary worker visa which is due to expire in Dep. I have been granted a Tier 2 Intra Company transfer visa. Can he transfer to a Tier 2 ICT dependent within the UK or he will need to return back and only then make the conversion.
